This is a 13-week contract position.

3x12-hour shifts from 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM, with every other weekend required.

The Emergency Department RN is responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. This role requires nurses to manage patients across all age ranges, handling a variety of diagnoses and complex cases.

• Deliver direct patient care in the Emergency Department.
• Triaging patients and managing emergency situations effectively.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Documenting patient information accurately and timely using the charting system.
• Complying with all safety and health regulations.

• 2 years of Emergency Room experience preferred, but 1 year will be considered.
• Must have an active RN license in Maryland or a compact license.
• Certifications:
  
  BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI.
• Community hospital experience required.
• Must be comfortable floating within the hospital.
• Previous charge experience is desired.
