Position Overview:

Seeking an experienced and adaptable Emergency Room RN to join a fast-paced, high-acuity ED serving patients of all ages and a wide range of medical emergencies. This role requires quick clinical decision-making, strong technical skills, and excellent communication in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Contract Length: 13 weeks (option to extend up to 26 weeks)
Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 1 year ER experience (2 years preferred)

• Licensure:
Active RN license (MD or Compact)

Certifications:

- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- CPI
- NIHSS

• First-Time Travelers:
Accepted

• Local Clinicians:
Accepted at a reduced rate (confirm with AM)
Patient Population / Setting:

• High-volume, high-acuity Emergency Department

• Cares for all age groups with diverse medical and trauma cases
Key Skills &

Competencies:

• Emergency response & trauma stabilization

• Interpretation & management of dysrhythmias

• Blood product administration

• 12-lead EKG acquisition & interpretation

• Phlebotomy and IV initiation

• Central line care and continuous IV sedation

• Emergency medication administration

• Stroke (CVA) response and management
