We at EōS Fitness are looking for a highly motivated, sales‑driven leader to take on the role of Assistant Fitness Manager (Personal Training Sales). The position focuses on welcoming new members with personal training sessions, guiding them through their initial gym experience, and promoting personal training packages.

To create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners.

Build a cohesive Personal Training (PT) team, ensure a healthy pipeline of clients, and provide members with an exceptional fitness experience.

• Ensure daily sales targets are met, especially during weekends or in the absence of the Fitness Manager.
• Drive personal training package sales & build rapport with members.
• Achieve sales targets for personal training services & small group training sessions.
• Collaborate with the membership sales team to onboard new members and aid transition into club experience.
• Conduct personalized welcome workouts for new members to assess fitness needs and goals.
• Guide new members through initial club experience, fostering a supportive environment that promotes retention and engagement.
• Facilitate professional development for personal trainers through coaching and support.
• Communicate goals, expectations & procedures to staff.
• Supervise facility maintenance & cleanliness.
• Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations, certifications, and safety protocols.

• 2–3 years of customer service experience.
• 1 year of sales experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong interest or experience in the fitness industry.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Excellent relationship building & influencing skills.
• Strong attention to detail, systematic problem solving, time management, organization, record‑keeping.
• Excellent MS Office skills.

• Valid Personal Training certification.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work in a gym setting, move around floors, interact with staff & members.
• Ability to routinely bend, lift >40 lb.
• Proficiency with company computer system and data entry.

$40,000 – $52,000 USD
