Service Technician (Levels I, II, III) – Mobile Air & Power Rentals.
Join to apply for a Service Technician role that coordinates the delivery, installation, and servicing of HVAC and power equipment.
Pay Range- $19.00/hr – $46.00/hr (based on skill and experience)

- Coordinate delivery, installation, and servicing of rental equipment.
- Process customer orders received from sales or branch manager, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences to foster repeat business.
- Install and connect heating equipment to natural gas or propane sources and set up flexible ductwork.
- Utilize appropriate PPE and fall protection at all times.
- Perform initial equipment startup, service repairs, and retrieve equipment after rental completion.
- Conduct equipment reconditioning per work instructions and document returned items for storage.
- Higher‑level technicians clean, troubleshoot, and repair air‑cooled chillers and large‑tonnage HVAC equipment, diagnose refrigerant circuit issues, and support installations.
- Experience 0-5 years; 2‑year HVAC or Universal Refrigeration Certificate preferred for higher levels.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with MRP or rental software an advantage.
- Must pass DOT physical, drug test, background check.
- Valid driver’s license with satisfactory MVR.
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. safely.
- Strong customer service aptitude, communication skills, and mechanical knowledge.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- May require rotating on‑call schedule; available evenings, weekends, holidays during peak seasons.
- Travel may be necessary.
- Overtime and double‑time pay rates apply for applicable hours worked.
