This role is 5 days onsite in La Mirada, CA.

As a warehouse IT specialist
, you will help operate various IT assets, including networks, security camera systems, badge systems, alarm systems, printers, desktops, and laptops. A successful candidate should have experience in IT project coordination, a solid technical background, and strong organizational and analytical skills.

• Provide daily tier 1 IT help desk support for warehouse operations, including basic networking, desktop/laptop, warehouse badge/alarm system, barcode & Wi-Fi printer, scanner, touch screen, PDA, UPS, and other IT-related equipment.
• Manage IT equipment inventory and assets.
• Perform daily and weekly IT and Warehouse inspections.
• Maintain and ensure all IT equipment is in good working condition.
• Support MDF/IDF, local data center, and structured cabling.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Support warehouse surveillance, storage, and applications.
• Other projects or tasks assigned by IT and Warehouse Managers and/or Directors.

• 0-3 years of relevant work experience in IT help desk support.
• Basic computer networking skills such as managing IT server room network switch/firewall.
• Rudimentary computer troubleshooting skills (Windows, Mac OS).
• Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Operate the security camera system & badge system.
• Warehouse-related IT support experience is preferred.

• The US base salary range for this full-time position is $26 to $30 an hour
• Role may be eligible for discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits
• Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location
