Physical Therapist Duties:

• Provide, direct, and supervise all aspects of quality patient care, including screening, evaluation, treatment, planning, goal setting, family education, and documentation to ensure the best patient outcomes.
• Direct and supervise the work of therapist assistants.
• Develop treatment plans and provide treatments aligned with benefits and reimbursement levels.
• Document notes, summaries, reports, etc.

Physical Therapist Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy.
• Licensed as required by State.
• CPR certification.
