Job responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Prepare and file tax returns and other regulatory filings.
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Monitor budget variances and provide analysis.
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Provide financial expertise and support for various initiatives.
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Business
- 5+ years experience in accounting for manufacturing company.
- Advanced with MS Office Suite (Excel) and proficiency in accounting software.
- Experience in public accounting or a corporate accounting environment.
- Strong knowledge full cycle Accounts Payable.
- Solid inventory and cost understanding in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated understanding and competence of full General Ledger and controls.
- Ability to present financial information clearly and concisely.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
