Pay: $20–$25/hour (based on performance & reliability)

Part-time to Full-time | Weekdays primarily

Location:

San Diego County (travel between jobs required)

• Residential & move-out cleaning
• Short-term rental (Airbnb) turnovers
• Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, detailing
• Following SD Sparkle cleaning standards & checklists
• Working independently or as part of a small team

• Reliable & punctual (this is huge for us)
• Strong attention to detail
• Physically able to clean for several hours
• Comfortable working in occupied & vacant homes
• Able to follow instructions and checklists
• Positive attitude & willingness to learn
• Cleaning experience is a plus, but not required — we train the right people.

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone (for scheduling & communication)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
