** Pay Range:** $50.00 – $65.00 per hour

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled
** Registered Nurse (RN)
** to join our team and serve patients from Imperial Beach to Santee. This role involves planning, organizing, and coordinating home care services, with a strong emphasis on community health and patient education.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Develop and initiate individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and caregivers
* Deliver physician-ordered nursing services and implement preventive and rehabilitative procedures
* Educate patients and caregivers to promote health and independence
* Identify and implement discharge planning needs
* Coordinate necessary equipment and services
* Supervise LPNs, LVNs, and HHAs
** Qualifications
* ** Active California RN license
* Minimum 1 year of direct patient care experience (home health preferred)
* Current CPR certification
* Valid driver’s license and insured, reliable vehicle
