Pay: $20–$25 per hour (based on performance and reliability)

Job Type: Part-time to Full-time

Schedule: Primarily weekdays

Location: San Diego County (travel between job sites required)

We are seeking a reliable Cleaning Technician to perform residential and short-term rental cleanings. This role requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to follow established cleaning systems and checklists. Training is provided for candidates who demonstrate the right attitude and work ethic.

• Perform residential, move-out, and deep cleanings
• Complete short-term rental and Airbnb turnovers
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, and detailed surfaces
• Follow company cleaning standards and checklists
• Work independently or as part of a small team
• Maintain professionalism in occupied and vacant homes

• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Physically able to clean for several hours
• Comfortable working in various home environments
• Able to follow instructions and systems
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not required

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone for scheduling and communication
• Authorized to work in the United States
