Job SummaryWe are seeking a General Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will support worksite operations through manual labor tasks. This may include janitorial, landscaping, light maintenance, or other necessary tasks. The ideal candidate is a hard worker, great communicator and ability to work with little direction.

- Performing janitorial duties such as cleaning, trash removal, floor care, and restroom maintenance
- Assisting with landscaping tasks including debris removal, basic groundskeeping, and upkeep of outdoor areas
- Supporting building maintenance activities such as minor repairs, light painting, and general upkeep
- Loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment
- Using hand tools and basic power klappt safely and effectively
- Following all safety procedures and company policies
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, digging, and standing for long periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate verbally and via text
- Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations
- Knowledge of power tools is preferred
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Drivers license and access to vehicle highly preferred
