W-2 Employee, Full-Time (5-6 clients per day) or Part-Time (3-4 clients per day)
- $40-$60/hour for Master's Level Therapists (rate differential based on CPT code)
- $50-$75/hour for Doctoral Level Therapists (rate differential based on CPT code)
Positive Change Counseling Center (PCCC) in California is actively hiring Licensed Psychologists, LMFTs, LCSWs, and LPCCs to join our growing team. - Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group counseling
- Maintain communication regarding treatment progress to referral sources and provide aftercare plans and follow-up care
- Ensure proper care of clients as mandated by the provider’s ethical guidelines and in coordination with other treating professionals
- Ensure proper and timely documentation of services provided

- Active licensure (Licensed Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) in the state of California (Active & Registered with BBS/BOP)
- Master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Experience providing psychotherapy
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends available
