** Job Summary
** As a
** Home Health Aide (HHA)**, you’ll provide personal care services under the supervision of a registered nurse or therapist. You’ll help patients maintain comfort, dignity, and independence in their homes.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Assist with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care
* Change bed linens and maintain a clean, safe environment
* Plan and prepare nutritious meals; assist with feeding if needed
* Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure)
* Support ambulation, exercise, and range-of-motion activities
* Assist with medication self-administration
* Report patient condition changes to the supervising nurse
** Qualifications
* ** Active CA Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license
* Minimum 1 year of patient care experience (Home Health preferred)
* Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
