Description
Job Title: Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC)
Compensation: Starting at $40 per hour; paid bi-weekly ( Estimated annual earning potential of up to $115,000 w/ benefits)
* $40-$60/hour for Master's Level Therapists
* $50-$75/hour for Doctoral Level Therapists
Employment Type: W-2 Full-Time or W-2 Part-Time Employee;
Exempt
Schedule: Build your own schedule - office hours include:
Monday-Friday 8am-8pm;
Saturdays 9am-1pm
Location: This is a hybrid role based out of La Mesa, CA
Role Summary
The Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.
Licensed Therapist Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities
- Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals
- Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
- Full Time: Maintain an active caseload of approximately 5-6 clients per day; minimum of 25 clients per week required
- Part Time: Maintain an active caseload of approximately 3-4 clients per day; minimum of 15 clients per week required
- Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required
- Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies
- Compensation:
Starting at $40 per hour; paid bi-weekly - $40-$60/hour for Master's Level Therapists
- $50-$75/hour for Doctoral Level Therapists
- Estimated annual earning potential of up to $115,000 w/ benefits

Licensed Therapist Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license:
Psychologist (PsyD or PhD), LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC in California (Active & Registered with BBS/BOP) - Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)
- Ability to provide therapy independently
- Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms
- Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.
- Experience in outpatient or group practice settings
