Soccer Shots East County San Diego, LLC, is a team of passionate individuals who are world changers bringing social-emotional skill development to small children through the most beautiful game in the world - Soccer. We truly love what we do and work with children aged 18 months to 10 years old, every day, using a nationally recognized curriculum and training systems.

We are on a mission to positively impact the world through our local engagement in the San Diego community teaching emotional management through the love of soccer. We are hopeful to bring peace to this world by engaging children in our soccer classes. The high-quality and high-energy soccer classes run weekly throughout San Diego County from Escondidio to Imperial Beach.

We proudly serve and partner with Preschools, Elementary schools, and Public Parks; from Imperial Beach to Escondido, we serve thousands of families every week. We care deeply about our brand, our teammates, and our students as we represent San Diego and soccer development.

Soccer Shots East County San Diego, LLC, is seeking energetic and responsible individuals who enjoy working with children and share a passion for soccer. Whether you are looking for a career in Early Childhood Education, marketing, or business operations, a flexible part-time job, Soccer Shots provides ample growth opportunities in all of the mentioned. This position requires adaptability, creativity, and responsibility, as you manage classes of children while implementing a curriculum and upholding safety standards.

This role is active: constantly engaging with children through games, demonstrations, and overall play. Our coaches meet their students where they are, making connections and creating lifelong memories.

• Coach 10 - 20 classes a week, dependent on availability
• Attend monthly coaching meetings and training sessions
• Ability to follow and execute a predesigned curriculum, adapting to children’s needs
• Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and early childhood education techniques
• Uphold and follow all safety standards while children are in care
• Communicate with families, caregivers, and teachers

• Ability to run, play, and joyfully engage with children
• Lift and transport sports equipment (approx. 40 pounds)
• Driver’s License and car, willing to drive to classes all over San Diego
• Available at least two days Wednesdays and Thursdays preferred and Saturdays are required
• 1-year commitment
• Proof of a TB test within the past 2 years from the date of hire OR proof of a negative TB test within 2 weeks after date of hire
• Ability to provide a cleared fingerprint background check

• $18-23/hr for head coaching shifts, dependent on prior experience and education
• Mileage reimbursement at the federal IRS Mileage Rate
