Whatyou will do
- Provide quality Patient Journey Experience as a top priority
- Test and diagnose hearing loss according to Starkey clinical protocol and applicable state and federal laws
- Fit and sell hearing aids and accessories following Starkey sales protocol
- Counsel and provide follow-up services and maintain a successful, profitable office
- Collaborate with Regional Manager/Director to oversee financial management of the office
- Valid state licensure in good standing
- Knowledge of software systems including patient management software, NOAH and Inspire OS
- Ability to organize and execute a plan
- Strong problem solving, analytical, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual starting salary for an Audiologist is between $70,070 and $73,573.50 annually. The annual starting salary for a Hearing Instrument Specialist is between $61,600 and $64,680. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is eligible for commissions based upon performance results. There is no guarantee of payout.
