A collegiate sports organization is seeking an Assistant Coach/Head JV Coach to support the Head Coach at Otero College. This role includes responsibilities in scheduling, practice planning, athlete development, and community engagement. The successful candidate will have a minimum of an Associate's Degree and coaching experience. The position offers a $5,000 stipend, on-campus housing, and a meal plan, with a work schedule of up to 25 hours per week.
