We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time, in-person role in La Junta, CO, working Monday through Thursday.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care and pain management services, including physical exams, diagnosing, treating conditions, ordering tests, and developing treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications, document in EHR, and educate patients and families.
- Coordinate care with specialists and stay current with medical practices.
- Graduate from an accredited program
- Active Colorado license
- 2-4 years clinical experience
- Strong communication skills
