- Prepares drywall for painting, wallpapering, or plastering.
- Measures and cuts drywall panels to fit around spaces like doors and windows, and installs them to studs.
- Uses drywall compound to fill in and cover joints, screws, nails, and other imperfections.
- Applies paper or fiberglass mesh tape to cover drywall seams, and sands and smooths the tape.
- Loads and unloads supplies into and out of vehicles.
- Heaving lifting
- A lot of hard physical work
- Ability to multitask
- Attention to detail, and Hand eye coordination
- Ability to bend, stretch, and reach
- Ability to work in bad weather and and in heights
- Able to follow instructions directed by supervisors
- Must be 18 or older
Pay Rate-$19.00/HR
Pay rate Ranges: $19.00/HR-$85.00/HR
