Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• As an LPN, you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. You will ensure residents receive the medications and nursing care they need as directed by their individual care plans.
• Conduct resident assessments, act as a team leader, and advocate for residents to ensure their comfort and safety.

• Unencumbered State of Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Prior LPN experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
