Part time – Night (United States of America)
Job Description / Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patients’ physical, mental, and emotional health.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and patient needs.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care by facilitating collaboration among healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, social workers, and therapists.
- Monitor patient progress, regularly review, and adjust care plans based on patient responses and outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure everyone is informed and involved in the care process.
Associate’s of Nursing (Required), Bachelor of Nursing, Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS), RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, AVADE, Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS), Certified Clinical Perfusionist (CCP), Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN), Chemotherapy Certificate (CHEMO), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Neonatal Resuscitation Program – Advanced (NRP‑A), Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS), Registered Nurse (RN), Trauma Nurse Course Certified (TNCC).
Pay Range$33.60 - $56.52
