• Develop customer relationships by identifying self‑storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering WOW! or 5‑Star service
• Interact face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics
• Walk the property to perform lock checks and show units to customers
• Rent self‑storage spaces, sell store merchandise, manage the leasing process, accept payments via the POS system, complete daily bank deposits, and make courtesy calls regarding late payments

• Physical requirements:
  
  daily walks of the property, cleaning units and premises, opening and closing storage doors (up to 50 lbs.)
• Maintain the facility: mopping, sweeping, changing light bulbs, cleaning out storage units, and similar light activities
• Keep a clean and safe storage facility to meet company guidelines (clean restrooms, landscaping, parking, paving, fence, walls, doors)

• A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people
• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market
• Basic computer skills

• Ability to work Saturdays
• Valid driver’s license and insurance with reliable transportation used during the workday
• Position requires frequent standing, sitting, kneeling, crouching, crawling, bending, climbing, or balancing on a ladder

The hourly rate for this role is $17.91 – $19.41, depending on experience. Some locations may require Sunday hours.
