We are hiring for a full-time RN Supervisor (night shift - 7 p.m.

- 7 a.m.)

Must have long-term care experience, MUST have skilled nursing experience - current
Requirements

• Associates Degree in Nursing required;
  Bachelor of Science in Nursing recommended
• Current Illinois Registered Nurse License in Illinois
• Basic Life Support (CPR)
• Minimum one year experience as a charge nurse or nursing supervisor required
• SNF and LTC experience preferred
• Experience with elderly
• Proficient written and oral communication skills
• Comfortable kneeling, carrying, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods of time
• Ability to perform continuous physical exertion as needed

JOB SUMMARY: Under the direction of Director of Nursing, the Nurse Supervisor provides nursing care to residents in the Health Care Center through assessment, planning implementations and reevaluation of resident needs. Carries out and interprets policies, procedures, local, state, and federal regulations in the Health Care Center. Responsible for directing care given by Certified Nurse Assistants.
