Locums CRNA Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call La Grande, ORWhy This Role

Assignment Details
• Dates:
  May 4 â€" May 29
• Schedule:
  
  4 x 10-hour shifts per week
• Call:
  Up to 1:4
- 1â€"2 weekday call shifts per week - 1 weekend per month - OB proficiency required if taking call
• EMR:
  Epic
• Facility:
  Critical Access Hospital
• ORs: 5 ORs plus Cysto and Endoscopy suites
• Anesthesia coverage typically runs 2â€"4 rooms per day
Clinical Details
• Case volume averages 5â€"20 cases per day (including endoscopy and cataracts)
• Case mix includes:
- Orthopedics - General surgery - Podiatry - ENT - Healthy pediatrics - Urology - OB/GYN - Occasional endoscopy
• No cardiac, neuro, or spine cases
• Autonomous CRNA model
• Anesthesia team includes 1 MD and 4 CRNAs
• Anesthesia Director:

Skills Needed
• Spinal anesthesia
• OB anesthesia
• Epidurals
• Endoscopy
• Peripheral nerve blocks
• Ultrasound-guided procedures
• PICC line experience preferred but not required
Requirements
• Active Oregon CRNA license
• Board Certified CRNA
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS (AHA)
• DEA preferred
• OB competency required for call
• COVID-19 vaccination required
