- We are interviewing immediately for an Assistant Director of Nursing Services (ADON) at a well-established, moderately-sized (approximately 35 patients), long-term care/post-acute care center in Northeastern Oregon.
- Compensation includes salary, relocation/sign-on bonus, and employee stock ownership options. The facility plays a vital role in the community, and the staff is experienced.

- Assist the DNS in managing the nursing services team.
- Maintain high standards of quality care.
- Ensure effective communication across nursing staff.
- Coordinate short and long-term planning of nursing services.
- Support compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Implement best practices to meet care objectives.
- Participate in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new nursing staff.
- Must hold an active RN license in Oregon.
- Previous nurse leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred.
