Production Technician

Overview

This position will consist of following step-by-step build instructions, data entry, soldering components on PCBs, and building assemblies that will be used for electronic devices. We strive to have high-quality products manufactured for our customers.

• Basic Soldering (PTH and low-level SMT).
• Thorough build file use and competency.
• Box preparation with pneumatic tools & drill press.
• Cable subassembly.
• Proper box cleaning.
• Basic Sub-Assemblies.
• Self-sufficient, and able to solve issues with provided documentation.

• Comply with all safety, training, and company procedures.
• Work efficiently as an individual and a team.
• Work toward competency in all basic production skills.

• Work with assigned trainers to improve skills.
• Read and understand build files.
• Utilize productivity tools as trained and instructed.
• Work towards self-sufficiency.
• Maintain an orderly workstation.
• Use communication tools (email, Slack, Trello) as trained and directed.
