Urgent Care Physician opening Äì La Grande, OR Position Details
- Full-time, permanent, hospital-employed position
- Outpatient urgent care setting
- Four 10-hour shifts per week
- Clinic open Monday ÄìSunday
- Average volume of 25 Äì30 patients per day
- Scribe support provided when averaging 15+ patients per day
- X-ray on site
- Epic EMR
- Join an experienced care team with APP and strong nursing support
- Designed to support schedule flexibility and work-life balance
- Serves a local population of approximately 35,000 residents, with regional reach into Eastern Oregon and Southeast Washington Compensation
- Total compensation potential $300k+
- Quality incentives up to $45k annually
- RVU-based bonus once annual threshold is met
