Driver CDL

Overview

Join Mondelez International/ NABISCO as a Driver CDL located in La Crosse, WI to help us drive the future of snacking. We are the makers of Oreo, Ritz Crackers, Triscuit, Sour Patch and Swedish Fish to name a few.

• Ensure compliance with procedures and regular safety checks of equipment (tractor, trailer, pallet jack, etc.) to always guarantee safety.
• Complete daily field service activities, including preparing receipts, truck logs, and maintenance records.
• Perform all duties as scheduled by Route Manager or Dispatch.

  Crossdock, 2231 Enterprise Ave, La Crosse, WI 54603
• Schedule:
  
  36-43 hours per week; possible Mon–Fri with potential Saturday work; starting around 3:30 am, finishing around 2:00 pm (1st shift)
• Pay rate: $29.35 per hour
• Bonus:
  Branch Incentive Plan (BIP) Bonus

• Principal location:
  Crossdock, 2231 Enterprise Ave La Crosse, WI 54603
• Interstate work

• Must have a CDL-Class A license with at least one year of proven safe driving experience
• Valid REAL r's license, U.S. passport, or federal ; role serves a military base facility requiring a valid
• Preferred direct store delivery (DSD) experience
• Must pass drug test, MVR, and background check
• FMCSA Clearinghouse registration required

• Customer-oriented attitude and ability to provide excellent service to key customers
• Minimum one year of safe driving experience with no serious driving convictions (DOT check last 10 years)
• Familiarity with OSHA and DOT regulations, and local, state, and federal requirements
• Basic understanding of temperature-controlled food transportation
• Proficiency with smartphone and electronic logging device (ELD); able to use a scanner and log deliveries
• Flexibility to adapt to changing routes and schedules
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and temperatures
