Job DescriptionJoin our team of passionate fitness and wellness professionals! We re currently seeking instructors to lead Sound Bath sessions or similar holistic wellness offerings (e.g., meditation, breathwork, mindfulness-based movement) that help our members relax, recharge, and reconnect.
This is a part-time position working 2–6 hours per week, depending on availability. Wage is based on experience and relevant certifications or training.
Responsibilities- Lead calming, inclusive sessions that support relaxation, mindfulness, and overall wellness.
- Create a welcoming, peaceful environment for participants of all experience levels.
- Build meaningful connections with members and encourage ongoing participation.
- Maintain a safe and intentional space by following best practices for your modality.
- Arrive prepared, on time, and ready to offer a high-quality experience.
- We re Looking For:
Instructors with experience or interest in Sound Bath, meditation, breathwork, or similar wellness formats. - Certification or relevant training preferred (e.g., Yoga, Meditation, Sound Healing, Reiki), but not required.
- CPR/AED certification is preferred; training may be provided upon hire if needed.
- A calming presence and a passion for supporting the well-being of others.
- Ability to teach at least 2 sessions per week or more, depending on demand and availability.
- New instructors will receive onboarding and support from our fitness and wellness team to ensure confidence and success.
