Overview
The Operations Associate's role is to create an outstanding customer experience by performing operations functions within the store. The Operations Associate is an early morning position and you will work with a team to perform functions prior to store opening.
Primary Responsibilities- Customer Service - You interact with customers in a fast-paced environment, assisting with questions or requests and ensuring a high level of service.
- Executes pricing and signing - Ability to change ticket prices and signing on merchandise across the store efficiently.
- Replenish and restock the store - Understand customer needs; assist sales floor peers and leaders by pulling and preparing merchandise to ensure styles and sizes are available.
- Receive and unload merchandise - Work with coworkers to unload a truck and prepare merchandise in the backroom.
- Backroom standards - Maintain a safe, clean, and organized stockroom.
- Omnichannel - Contribute to omnichannel efforts including Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship from Store, Order Delivery and Returns, Shipping Online Orders, and Merchandise Receiving.
- Merchandise strategy - Execute leadership plans for merchandise placement, maintaining merchandising standards to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Participates in a learning environment - Absorb new information from peers or training materials on our merchandise, shrink, safety, productivity, and other business processes.

Pay Range: USD $12.50/Hr - USD $15.63/Hr.
