• Assist the Store Team Leader with payroll, budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reports.
• Demonstrate Ollie's “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” behaviors and ensure consistent standards in all Associate and customer interactions.
• Ensure store standards, programs, and front‑end appearance meet operational expectations.
• Assign daily tasks to Associates to maintain productivity.
• Perform Team Leader functions for opening and closing the store when needed.
• Recruit, interview, select, and onboard candidates to meet staffing needs.
• Complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years retail management experience at a mid‑to‑large retailer.
• Schedule flexibility: evenings, weekends, holidays, and seasonal work.
• Valid driver's license.

• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Push/pull up to 35 pounds.
• Stand for extended periods in a safe manner.
