Registered Nurse (RN) – Adult Hematology & Oncology Clinic
Location: Center for Cancer & Blood Disorders | 1st Floor, East Building | La Crosse, WI
Schedule: 8‑hour day shifts between 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM with staggered start/end times | Rotating day off | No weekends, holidays, or call
FTE: 0.9 (72 hours per two weeks)

Join Gundersen Health System’s Adult Hematology & Oncology Clinic and support patients throughout their cancer treatment journey with a compassionate, collaborative team.
What You’ll Do- Manage and support the journey of our patients as they go through chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and other treatments
- Conduct phone triage, coordinate care, and provide patient/family education
- Collaborate with colleagues from Radiation Oncology, Infusion Services, Lab, Pathology, Surgical Departments, and Palliative Care to give comprehensive care to our patients, both in La Crosse and our outreach service lines, including Tomah Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders
- Associate Degree in Nursing or higher
- Active RN license in Wisconsin (upon hire)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers
- At least 1 year of RN experience
- Strong communication and care‑coordination skills
- Comfort in supporting patients navigating complex treatments
- Starting pay: $30.46/hour (plus experience credit)
