Position Type:
Full-time or part-time options available

Pay Range: $35.75 - $44.36 per hour, based on experience

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

On-Call Pay:
Paid night and weekend rotation

* 1-Week On-Call:
Starts Friday at 4:30 PM and ends the following Friday at 8:00 AM.

* 24-Hour Weekend On-Call:
Required every 5th or 6th weekend.

* Eligible team members receive an additional incentive for fulfilling these on-call duties.

Location:

Serving La Crosse, WI and surrounding areas

Requirements

* Active RN license in the state of Wisconsin

* Current, valid driver's license required

* Minimum of one year of home health experience preferred
