• Seek community/social integration opportunities for consumers.
• Assist with self‑care: dressing, bathing, showering, brushing teeth, toileting, shaving.
• Administer medication and prepare meals.
• Plan outings and transportation.
• Follow individual service plans and perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Background character verification required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., twist, turn, squat, bend, reach, pull, push, raise arms above shoulder, walk, sit, climb stairs.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and internet navigation skills.
