- Seeking a full-time CRNA or CAA to join a community-oriented anesthesia team in La Crosse, WI - Physician-led team approach offering autonomy - Variety of case types: general, ENT, ortho, neuro, CV, OB, ancillary, out-patient, and limited hearts; care provided for all ages from neonates to geriatrics - Call rotation: every 10th weekend plus 12 weekday call shifts per 20 weeks, including a mix of in-house and 1st/2nd calls from home - Base salary plus separate call pay - A physician-led, not-for profit healthcare system - CME funds - Loan Forgiveness - Base Retirement Contribution and 401K matching program for retirement - Teaching Hospital with opportunity for protected Research time - Malpractice, health, dental, life, disability, and vacation About the Area:
