This is a full-time role, based in La Crosse, WI. As a Print Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for custom print and manufacturing projects. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing project specifications, collaborating with sales and production teams to determine requirements, calculating materials and labor costs, and ensuring estimates align with budgetary parameters. You will also provide pricing guidance to clients and assist with process optimization to improve project outcomes.

• Strong analytical and mathematical skills for calculating costs, materials, and labor requirements
• Experience with print production processes such as screen printing, digital printing, embossing, and die cutting
• Knowledge of custom manufacturing and industrial applications is advantageous
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with sales, production, and clients
• Proficiency in tools or software for project costing and estimating
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and time‑management abilities
• Previous experience in print production, estimating, or a related field is highly desirable
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in related fields is a plus
