• Maintain area, equipment, and personal sanitation.

• Palletize product.
• Enter data on production reports.
• Communicate safety issues to line personnel.
• Utilize downtime productively.
• Perform any assigned tasks in accordance with safety policies and procedures.
• Produce products that exceed customer expectations by adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices and the Safe Quality Food Program.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the manager.

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and related equipment.
• Ability to make minor decisions based on standard practices.
• Ability to read and prepare production reports and comprehend production worksheets.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to promote and model teamwork.
• Basic computer skills.

• Constant walking/standing, bending/flexing/neck extension.
• Frequent gripping, reaching, lifting, pulling with both hands.
• Handling material from floor to waist, waist to shoulder, including pushing/pulling/carrying.
• Required use of hair nets, ear plugs/muffs, hard hats, and/or safety glasses.
• Repetitive work in a fast-paced production environment with average temperature of 50-60°F.
• Product weight up to 35 lbs.
