3rd Shift Maintenance Technician

We are seeking Maintenance Technicians to support a highly automated food manufacturing facility operating 24/7. This is a hands‑on, multi‑craft maintenance role responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of production, packaging, and utility systems. This position is ideal for technicians who enjoy troubleshooting, working with advanced equipment, and being part of a proactive maintenance team.

• Monday & Tuesday + every other Friday-Sunday (6pm-6am)
• Wednesday & Thursday + every other Friday-Sunday (6pm-6am)

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment
• Maintain automated production and packaging systems
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
• Support utilities including pumps, conveyors, and process systems
• Read and interpret schematics, P&IDs, and electrical drawings
• Follow food safety, safety, and compliance standards
• Document work and support continuous improvement efforts

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience (food or beverage preferred)
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and automated equipment
• Familiarity with pumps, conveyors, separators, and pasteurization systems
• Knowledge of instrumentation, calibration, and sanitary systems
• Experience with ammonia refrigeration, boilers, or wastewater systems is a plus
• Ability to work independently on night shift
