Housekeeper

Full-Time: This position will work 5 days a week (Monday-Friday) primarily at the Onalaska facility but may rotate to the Holmen campus.

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Housekeeper/Custodian to join the team, based out of Eagle Crest North. This person may be asked to work at several of our locations in Onalaska, Holmen, and La Crosse, WI.

• Responsible for common cleaning practices within several Eagle Crest Communities’ locations.
• Clean and sanitize resident apartments and public common areas within the facility.
• Variety of duties including, but not limited to: mopping, dusting, cleaning windows, and public restroom cleaning.
• Maintenance and use of floor care equipment.

• Previous experience cleaning is beneficial, but not required—We will train the right fit for our team!
• Must enjoy working with our senior citizens.
• Must be able to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently but also as part of a team.

• Starting FT hourly wage between $18.50 and $20.00+, based on experience and qualifications.
• We’ll review your wages at 100 days— we pay more for high performance!
