Customer Service Representative

• Assist customers inside and outside the U‑Haul center with products and services
• Use smartphone‑based U‑Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory
• Clean and inspect equipment, including checking fluid levels
• Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment
• Participate in ongoing education through U‑Haul University

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs
• Willingness to work in a moderately risky environment and use protective gear as necessary
• Must be able to complete required training programs for certifications

• Experience in customer service or retail environments
• Previous experience with rental equipment or transportation industry
• Familiarity with technology and smartphone applications
• Ability to drive a forklift (certification offered upon employment)
• Interest in ongoing professional development and learning
