What You’ll Do- Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business partners.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and system configurations.
- Support enterprise applications through configuration management, performance improvements, and compliance updates.
- Perform application triage and help troubleshoot system issues and defects.
- Design and execute manual and automated test cases, including regression testing.
- Create and maintain clear documentation for development, testing, and system changes.
- Write beginner‑level SQL queries and continue building more advanced query skills over time.
- Research patterns and best practices to improve solution quality and system performance.
- Provide occasional after‑hours support when needed for system issues.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of professional business or technical experience.
- Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency or quality within the software or product lifecycle. ہورラ_tracking_addr:
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, with solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Comfort performing routine and repetitive system configuration tasks.
- Beginner‑level proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Managementştır Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.
- Associate’s degree in IT, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in a healthcare or regulated environment.
- Exposure to Agile or Large‑Scale Scrum methodologies.
- Experience acting as a liaison between IT teams, business stakeholders, and end users.
- Basic understanding of database structures and relationships.
- Beginner‑level experience with SQL, .NET applications, or application configuration.
- Experience supporting small‑scale technology projects or 紫 software releases.
- High adaptability and comfort working in evolving environments.
