Life Enrichment Support Aide

Overview

Life Enrichment Support Aide — Eagle Crest South, La Crosse, WI. Part-Time position; 40 hours every two weeks with typically 6 hour shifts (8am-12pm, 12pm-4pm, and 4-8pm) and every other weekend. Part-Time and Casual Call opportunities available.

• Be a great benefit to our nursing department through your support and assistance to certified staff with daily resident routines
• Transportation to meals and activities
• Bed-making and laundry services
• Pass snacks and water to capable residents, assist with mealtime needs, and a variety of other tasks
• Assist and enhance the day-to-day lives of our residents by coordinating and leading large and small group activities
• Visit 1:1 with residents

• Previous experience working with the aging population is preferred, but not required – we will train the right fit for our team
• Must be an enthusiastic and high-energy individual with excellent communication and organizational skills

• Starting rate is $16.50+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications
• We pay for high performance. Wage will be reviewed at six months.
