(La Crosse, WI - Holmen, WI - Onalaska, WI). This position offers full‑time and part‑time opportunities with flexible shifts, including weekend and holiday rotations.

• Provide companionship and assist residents in assisted living, memory care, high acuity assisted living, and nursing home units.
• Assist with grooming, personal hygiene, and maintenance of a clean, safe, home‑like environment.
• Perform routine housekeeping tasks such as laundry, bed making, and linen changes.
• Support meal preparation and clean‑up.
• Assist with medical visits, recreational activities, and exercise programs.
• Maintain progress notes, data frequency counts, and incident documentation.
• Attend staff meetings and in‑service trainings.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• At least 6 months of experience as a caregiver.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

• Starting rates: $17.00–$24.50 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and unit.
• Night shift differential $3.00/hr and weekend differential $2.00/hr; additional diurnal differentials may apply.
• Wage increases after successful orientation (100 days–6 months) and regular reviews.

• Full‑time (50+ hrs/pay period):

• Part‑time (20+ hrs/pay period):

• 18+ hrs/pay period:
