Resident Assistant (Temporary) at Benedictine University, La Crosse Campus, Benedictine Living Community-La Crosse.

Position details:
Shift times 5:45am-2:15pm; schedule days vary. Salary range: $15.83-$16.46. This role supports social interaction, community connection, and care for residents, building meaningful relationships while assisting with activities of daily living.

• The Resident Assistant (RA) supports residents with daily living activities and helps maintain their personal environment.
• The RA provides observation and documentation.
• The RA assists with onboarding of new Associates.

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 or older to operate lift equipment per statute.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills; able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.
