A sign-on bonus of $15,000 is offered to candidates with two or more years of relevant experience. Candidates with less than two years of experience are eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus
Position Details- Casual to Full Time Available
- Shifts Available: Day/Night Rotation, Day/PM Rotation, or Nights only. Every other weekend and rotating holidays
- Shift Differentials: PM – $2.50/hour | Nights – $4.00/hour | Weekends - $3.00/hour
- Work independently while collaborating across departments to improve patient outcomes
- Assess cardiopulmonary status and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized respiratory care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and families in outpatient settings
- A sign-on bonus of $15,000 is offered to candidates with two or more years of relevant experience
. Candidates with less than two years of experience are eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus - Starting rate of $30.85/hr + more for experience
- $375 toward Kettering study materials
- Up to $15,000 in relocation assistance (for candidates with 1+ year of RT experience who meet relocation guidelines)

- Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy
- Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) – National Board for Respiratory Care
- Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) – State of Wisconsin
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – within 2 years of hire
- Current Infant-Adult BLS for Healthcare Providers
