Resident Care Assistant

Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities

Full-Time: 64-80 hours per 2 week pay period
Part-Time: 16+ hours per 2 week pay period
Casual Call:
Build your own schedule - 3 shifts a month; 2 on the weekend, plus on-call rotation
Available

Shifts:

Days of the week may vary and will include varied weekends and holidays. These positions enjoy every other weekend and every other holiday off!

Limited Full-Time AM Openings

AM: 7:00am-11:00am | 6:45am-12:45pm | 6:45am-3:15pm | 7:00am–1:00pm | 7:00am–2:00pm
PM: 1:00pm - 8:30pm | 3:00pm-11:15pm | 4:30-8:30pm | 5:00pm-10:00pm | 6:00pm-10:00pm
NOC: 11:00pm-7:00am

• Assist residents with personal cares, daily activities while helping them maintain as much independence and dignity as possible
• Provide dressing, bathing and bathroom assistance
• Transport residents to meals and activities, documentation of daily care, and a variety of other tasks
• Communicate and interact with residents, their families, and other departments to create an environment that focuses on resident safety and well-being

• Previous direct care experience, preferred
• Certified Nursing Assistant training and/or experience (any State), preferred
• CBRF Certification, preferred

• Starting wages are between $18.00-$20.00 per hour for Assisted Living and $19.00-$23.00 for High Acuity Assisted Living or Memory Care, based on your experience and qualifications
• We offer a $3.00 NOC, $1.25 PM, $2.00 weekend shift differential, and incentive pay, if applicable
• We pay for performance! Performance reviews 3-6 months after you start and again at least annually
• Certifications are not required - we will train the right fit for our team

• Certified Nursing Assistant training (in any state)
• CNA, Resident Care, or Home Health Experience
• CBRF Certification(s)
• Full Time Positions
