- The Outpatient Clinic Pharmacist provides high-quality pharmaceutical care through the accurate interpretation and dispensing of medication orders, close collaboration with providers and allied health staff, and direct patient engagement to ensure safe and effective medication therapy.

- Graduate of an ACPE-accredited Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.
D.) program or Bachelor of Science (B.S.) with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience. - Commitment to excellence, accuracy, attention to detail and teamwork required.
- Ability to communicate effectively, work collaboratively with others, organize time well, practice with an agile mindset, solve problems, and work independently with minimal supervision required.
- Current pharmacist license by the Board of Pharmacy in the state(s) of the job's practice site, or eligible to obtain within 60 days of hire. May not independently fulfill responsibilities reserved only to a pharmacist until license is obtained.
Nonexempt
Compensation$59.13 - $88.74/ hour;
Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.

Schedule DetailsSupplemental / float position Coverage across pharmacy locations in La Crosse, Onalaska, and Holmen. Shifts vary between 6–8 hours Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Weekend ScheduleSaturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Schedule based on operational needs and staff coverage.
