Day Shift - 7.5 Hours (United States of America)
Under the supervision of departmental leadership, provides outpatient behavioral health services including individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, case management, patient and family psycho-education and coordination and collaboration with appropriate outside agencies and programs. Population served are individuals with severe mental illness and co-occurring disorders. Completes documentation in timely and appropriate manner and meets departmental productivity standards. Experience treating concurring substance abuse and mental illness preferred for position.
** Requirements:*** ## Master's degree required.* ## NYS Registration/Certification as a Social Worker required.* ## Prior experience in a hospital or community health agency is preferred.* ##

Experience with assigned patient population and Utilization of PM Schedule and LMSW/ LCSW required.* ## Experience treating concurring substance abuse and mental illness required.

** Salary Range: $39.683/hr - $48.430/hr
