As a Wealth Strategist on our Family Office team, you become a trusted partner to individuals, families, and privately held businesses seeking thoughtful, long-view financial guidance. You won't be selling - you'll be advising, designing strategy, and guiding clients through complex decisions that matter.
Why This Role MattersYou will sit at the center of client relationships, helping clients navigate wealth transitions, estate planning, tax strategies, investment conversations, and multi-generational planning. Your insights will directly influence family futures - and you ll do this within a culture grounded in professionalism, collaboration, and genuine care.
What You'll Do- Act as the primary relationship manager for affluent families and businesses
- Lead client communication, investment reviews, and planning conversations
- Develop customized wealth strategies integrating estate, tax, and investment insights
- Serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams (investments, trust, tax, operations)
- Maintain regulatory compliance and uphold fiduciary excellence
- Resolve account issues proactively with professionalism and attention to detail
- Bachelor s in Business, Accounting, Finance (or related) preferred
- 5+ years in a financial, trust, or advisory environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and client-service ability
- Experience with CRM and planning/financial analysis tools
- Credentials (JD, CPA, CFP, CTFA) - or pathway/commitment to earn them
- A strong, stable, century-old firm with a modern Family Office offering
