Overview

Gundersen Health System, based in La Crosse, Wisconsin, is seeking two Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physicians to join the group of six physiatrists, six associate staff and two chiropractors.

You will enjoy system referrals and a balanced lifestyle in a friendly, team environment. The PM&R department provides a leadership role in outpatient musculoskeletal medicine and inpatient rehabilitation.

• Opportunities for outpatient musculoskeletal practice, including interventional pain
• Perform trigger point injections, fluoro-guided spinal injections and ultrasound-guided injections
• Participate in comprehensive interventional medicine integrated with pain management services, EMG and spasticity management
• Inpatient rehabilitation considerations: expansion from 16 to 26 beds in a CARF-accredited unit
• Collaborate within the Neuroscience Center including Neurology, Neurosurgery, Pain Medicine and PM&R
